Grooming
Most cases of grooming of children would be covered under the Serious Crimes rule. That rule takes precedence over this one where they overlap.
Manipulating a vulnerable person towards self-harm or sex acts, where deemed to have been done with knowledge of the target's vulnerable state, or with ambition or disregard that the target is underaged, and where deemed likely to be a pattern of activity, is prohibited.

Terms
Vulnerable Person
A person under the age of 18, or a person with severe and visible mental instability such as suicidal ideation, strong violent impulses, or a trauma-induced vulnerability to further abuse.
Ambition or Disregard
Even if it is not known that the target is a child, the perpetrator may have been acting on the suspicion that they were. This should not be applied to cases of innocently-mistaken age, but only where deemed to have been pursued through such belief, maliciously or callously.
